APACON (Apazidis Panagiotis Constructions) continues a long family history in construction. We are a civil engineering office based in Larissa, Greece, undertaking private and public projects, mainly in Larissa, Kozani and Lemnos.

We carry out public works and infrastructure projects in accordance with the requirements of the design study and the specified technical standards. Our on-site experience allows every stage of the project to be organised and monitored effectively.
Subcontracting
Building, technical and earthworks for construction companies and contractors.
We undertake building, technical and earthworks as subcontractors for construction companies and contractors. We fit into the overall project programme, aiming for smooth cooperation and timely completion of the works we take on.
Design Studies & Permitting
Building Permits
Studies and permit applications for new buildings, extensions or change of use.
We prepare the required studies (architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical) and handle the submission of the application to the competent building authorities, for new construction, extensions or change of use of buildings.
Topographic Surveys
Surveys and topographic diagrams referenced to the Greek Geodetic Reference System (ΕΓΣΑ ’87).
We prepare referenced topographic diagrams (ΕΓΣΑ ’87 / GGRS87) using modern equipment, for property transfers, building permit applications, plot boundary definitions and land characterisation acts.
Regularisation of Unauthorised Construction
Checks, technical documentation and filing under the applicable regularisation process.
We carry out the planning-compliance check, prepare the necessary technical reports and handle the filing under the current law on unauthorised construction, where it applies.
Technical Support & Project Management
Consulting & Project Management
Planning, coordination and monitoring, with attention to time, cost and quality.
We organise and monitor the progress of each project, from initial planning to completion. We coordinate the individual works and track progress with emphasis on time, cost and construction quality.

Panagiotis Apazidis
Civil Engineer
Graduate of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with more than 30 years of experience in public and private projects and subcontracting.
Anastasia Apazidou
Civil Engineer
Graduate of the University of Thessaly, with postgraduate specialisation in project management and in transport and spatial planning. Works on project management, permitting, and technical and urban-planning procedures.
Konstantinos Papageorgiou
Civil Engineer
Graduate of the University of Thessaly, mainly engaged in site and construction work, organisation and the technical monitoring of projects.

- Our office is in Larissa (Larisa), at Rousvelt 15A, third floor. We mainly work in Larissa, Kozani and on the island of Lemnos (Limnos).

We also prepare topographic diagrams referenced to ΕΓΣΑ ’87 (GGRS87) and handle the regularisation of unauthorised construction where the law applies.
